Pricing questions answered

Is there a minimum contract length?
All plans require 60 days cancellation notice. There are no long-term lock-in contracts — we earn your business every month through results and service quality, not by trapping you in agreements.
What counts as a "user" for pricing purposes?
A user is any person who uses a computer or device managed by Renot IT. This includes full-time, part-time, and regular contractors. Seasonal or temporary workers are typically excluded. We'll define this clearly in your service agreement.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
An assessment will be done on your environment to the extent needed to meet our minimal onboarding requirements. This ensures we understand your current state and can deliver the right outcomes from day one. Any work required beyond standard onboarding will be clearly quoted before you commit.
What if I need more than what's in my plan?
Our plans are designed to cover the vast majority of day-to-day IT needs. For significant projects (e.g., office fit-out, major migrations, new server deployment), these are quoted separately as project work. We'll always be transparent about what's in your plan and what isn't before any work begins.
Can I switch plans as my business grows?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. As your business grows, your dedicated account manager will proactively recommend when a plan upgrade makes sense.
Do you offer after hours support?
We'd love to offer full 24/7 support to every client — and for Premium clients, after hours support is included at no extra cost. For Essential and Professional plans, after hours support is available at an agreed hourly rate. We believe in being upfront about this cost rather than quietly building it into your monthly price when you may never need it. Your dedicated Technical Account Manager can advise on the best arrangement for your business.
