Do you offer all services or specialise in one area?
We offer the full range of IT services because we believe bundled services deliver better outcomes than point solutions. When your security, cloud, support, and network are all managed by one team with full visibility, problems get caught faster and solutions are designed to work together. That said, we also offer individual services for businesses with specific needs.
Can you work with our existing IT setup?
Yes. We work with whatever you have in place. Our first step is always a thorough assessment so we understand your environment completely. We don't recommend changes just for the sake of it — if something is working well and serving your business, we'll keep it.
How quickly can you respond to a critical issue?
For Professional and Enterprise managed clients, our SLA for critical issues (systems down, security incident) is 15 minutes to initial response. For Essentials clients, it's 1 hour during business hours. On-site support is available within 2 hours for Brisbane metro clients for critical situations.
What if we need a project done, not ongoing managed services?
We offer project-based work as well — network upgrades, cloud migrations, security implementations, office fit-outs. These are scoped and quoted as fixed-price projects. Many businesses start with a project and then move to managed services once they see the value.
